House Rules

• Please don’t smoke or vape in the house

• No parties 

• Please be respectful of our neighbours

• Leave the BBQ clean, there are wipes under the sink. 

• If the Gas bottle runs out, let us know (SMS 0494 134 402) and we’ll come and change it.

Garbage

• Please place all clean recycling in the bin with the YELLOW lid outside

• All other waste goes in the bin with the RED lid outside.

Check out

• Is 10am (This is not flexible in winter)

• Please place all used towels on the bathroom floor

• Close all windows

• Switch off all heaters

• Place 2 x Garage key fobs on the hooks behind the front door.

• Place all the garbage in the bins outside (Yellow for recycling) 

• Please let us know if there’s any damage or repairs that need to be made.
